No person shall, in the city, throw or cast any stone or other missile upon, at, or against any building, tree or other public or private property, or at any person in any street, alley, avenue or public place. It is unlawful to throw or deposit any glass, nails, tacks or other similar articles on any street or alley in the city. (Prior code § 27-2-12)
