Section 8.12.100 Disconnection or change to new system.

    Any corporation, firm, individual or other subscriber already having installed a system through the city’ s central control board shall not change from one alarm system to another without permission of the city council. Any corporation, firm, individual or other subscriber having installed a system through the city’ s central control board who wished to disconnect same, shall give written notification to the city clerk prior to disconnection. Thereafter, any corporation, firm, individual or other subscriber shall be permitted to reconnect only with prior permission of the city council. (Ord. 474 § 11, 1981)
