Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day that an offense continues shall constitute a separate offense.

    Any machine available for operation for which a license has not been paid for, obtained, and affixed thereto, or the license for which has been revoked, shall be removed and taken into custody by the city until such time as a license is procured for and affixed to the machine.
