Application for license shall be made out in duplicate; one copy being retained by the city clerk and the other being referred to the Columbia police department.

    A.    The police department shall investigate the location wherein it is proposed to operate such machine and ascertain if the applicant is a person of good moral character.

    B.    If the police department determines that the applicant is not of good moral character, such findings shall be reported to the city clerk. (Ord. 1755 § 1 (part), 1999)
