The imposition of the penalties prescribed in Section 5.36.130 shall not preclude the city from instituting appropriate legal action to prevent unlawful raffles or to restrain, enjoin, correct or abate a violation of this chapter or of the conditions of a raffle license issued pursuant hereto.
