The health officer, building inspector, fire marshal, electrical inspector and other duly authorized agents, officers and employees of the city, shall have the right to come upon and be upon the premises of the bed and breakfast establishment, with or without notice, at any reasonable time, to inspect the premises of the establishment to determine that the same are being operated and maintained in good and safe order and repair and in compliance with this chapter and the other applicable codes and ordinances of the city.
