Every such person engaged in such business in the city shall file on or before the last day of each calendar month, the report to the State Department of Revenue, required by Paragraph 442 of Chapter 120 of the Illinois Revised Statutes, and as amended and approved on June 30, 1961; and shall file a duplicate of such report with the city clerk.
