Section 2.04 CITY OFFICERS
Chapter 2.04.170 Attendance at meetings.
Full-time appointed city officers shall be required to attend
various city council meetings and
meetings of committees of the city council which are held and conducted outside of normal
working hours, as determined by the mayor and/or the city council, without receipt of
compensation therefor in addition to their normal salary as set by ordinance. Attendance at such
meetings is hereby found and declared to be an integral part of the duties of such officers. (Ord.
