Section 2.04 CITY OFFICERS
Chapter 2.04.100 Vacation time.
All full-time appointed city officers, including but not
limited to: (i) the city director of
community development and administration; (ii) the director of public works; (iii) the
superintendent of maintenance; (iv) the chief of police; (v) the assistant chief of police; and (vi)
the executive secretary to the mayor, who have been employed by the city for at least one full
year from the anniversary date of their initial appointment shall become eligible for paid vacation
as indicated by the following table:
Term of Employment Work Days Off
Having completed 1 year 10 days
Having completed 5 years 15 days
Having completed 10 years 20 days
Having completed 20 years 25 days
