The commercial park (CP) zoning district provides for the location of commercial businesses in a commercial park setting. The intent of this district is to accommodate a variety of retail businesses and commercial uses and their related activities at a scale and intensity of use that is compatible with the high quality development desired in strategically important sectors of the city.
