The business park zoning districts (BP-1 and BP-2) provide for business and light industrial uses in two categories. The BP-1 district is intended to accommodate s broad range of office uses while the BP-2 district is intended to accommodate a variety of office, light manufacturing, warehousing and related activities at a scale and intensity of use that is compatible with the high quality new development desired in this strategically important sector of the city, including territory near Interstate 255.
