Whenever a new sinkhole appears or it becomes apparent that a sinkhole has not yet been identified, it shall be reported to the county soil and water conservation district for the county in which the sinkhole is located and the city’ s zoning administrator. (Ord. 1872 § 2 (part), 2000)
