A.    Front Yard. Each lot on which a one-family or a multiple-family dwelling is constructed shall have a front yard of not less than thirty (30) feet.

    B.    Side Yard. On each lot upon which a single-family or multiple-family dwelling is constructed, there shall be a side yard on each side of the dwelling of not less than fifteen (15) feet in width.

    C.    Rear Yard. Each lot upon which a one-family dwelling or multiple-family dwelling is constructed shall have a rear yard of not less than thirty-five (35) feet. (Ord. 1445 § 4 (part), 1996; Ord. 1383 § 1 (part), 1995: prior code § 40-6-7(D))
