A.    Every one-family detached dwelling, convent, monastery, rectory or parish house hereafter erected shall be on a lot having an area of not less than ten thousand five hundred (10,500) square feet, and a width at the established building line of not less than eighty (80) feet, except as provided in Chapter 17.42.

    B.    Churches and similar places of worship hereafter erected or structurally altered shall be on a lot having an area of not less than fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet and a width at the building line of not less than ninety (90) feet.

    C.    Public and Private Schools. Same regulations shall apply as required or permitted in the R-2 one-family dwelling district. (Ord. 1445 § 4 (part), 1996; prior code § 40-6-4(C))
