A.    Every one-family detached dwelling, convent, monastery, rectory or parish house hereafter erected shall be on a lot having an area of not less than sixteen thousand (16,000) square feet, and a width at the established building of not less than one hundred (100) feet, except as provided in Chapter 17.42.

    B.    Churches and similar places of worship hereafter erected or structurally altered shall be on a lot having an area of not less than one acre in area, and a width at the building line of not less than one hundred twenty-five (125) feet.

    C.    Public and Private Schools. Same regulations shall apply as required or permitted in the R-2 one-family dwelling district. (Ord. 1445 § 4 (part), 1996; prior code § 40-6-3(C))
