Any person, firm, or corporation violating or refusing to comply with any provision of this chapter of the city’ s municipal code shall be fined not less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00), nor more than seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense; and, a separate offense shall be deemed to have been committed on each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.
