Currently existing and non-conforming refuse containers or dumpsters may remain and be on a real estate lot in the city until October 31, 2000, (being six months from the date of the adoption of this chapter of the city’ s municipal code) and not thereafter. (Ord. 1841 § 1 (part), 2000)
