Each mobilehome shall be served by a central sewage collection system and each mobilehome shall be provided with at least a four-inch sewer connection. The sewer connection shall be provided with suitable fittings so that a water-tight, self-draining connection can be made between the mobilehome and the sewer connection. Such individual mobilehome connection shall be so constructed that they can be closed when not linked to a mobile-home and shall be so capped as to prevent any escape of odor or gas. No wastewater shall be allowed to fall on the ground from a mobilehome. The plans and specifications of the sewage collection system shall be approved by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and the city council. Septic tank practices shall not be permitted.
