Section 13.24.120 Sponsor's development.

A sponsor under a recoupment agreement shall not be entitled to recapture of the construction cost of any portion of a sanitary sewer and/or water service which is located on or within the confines of the property comprising the sponsor’s development; except, reimbursement will be allowed for oversizing or on the sponsor’s premises extensions of facilities not required for the sponsor’s development which are primarily designed for off-premise use and benefit.
