Section 13.24.070 City tap-in fees.

Nothing contained in this ordinance shall relieve a property owner from the obligation to pay to the city the city’s usual and customary connection fee for connecting to a city owned sanitary sewer or water transmission main, which connection fee (sometimes referred to as a “tap-in” fee) shall be separate from and payable in addition to the recoupment fee due under sewer and/or water recoupment agreements.
