Chapter 10.20 VEHICLE LICENSES
Section 10.20.100 Use of funds.
All revenue derived from such license fees shall be kept
in a separate fund to be known as the
vehicle license fund which shall only be used for the following purposes, as the City Council
shall, from time to time, decide: (i) to pay the costs of collection of such motor vehicle license
fees; (ii) pay the cost of improving, paving, repairing or maintaining the streets and other public
roadways within the City; and (iii) not to exceed thirty-five (35) percent of such revenue may be
used also for payment of salaries and wages of City Policemen who are engaged in the duty of
